What’s new: Focus on cycling

It’s been another busy month for the ForwardMotion cycle team. With the wind behind us (quite literally), we’ve been out and about organising community bike rides, setting up Dr Bike events and promoting our Bespoke cycle training.

You can keep up to date with all things ForwardMotion by following us on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Training tailored just for you

I spy with my little eye something beginning with… B! See if you can spot our new Bespoke cycle training adverts on billboards, bus backs and bus stop posters around south Essex. Check out a sneak peak of the designs below. We hope you love them as much as we do!

In the meantime, if you would like to find out more about Bespoke then you can head to our website or contact us directly by emailing hello@forwardmotionsouthessex.co.uk.

And we’d love it if you could help us promote Bespoke on our social media channels with a retweet.

Ride with friends, and make new ones!

Fancy joining us on one of our community bike rides? They’re a great way to get people moving together in a friendly atmosphere with qualified cycling instructors. All community bike rides take place along leisurely routes and are available to residents of south Essex. Our next community bike rides are:

Fancy dress ride at Thameside Nature Park, Sunday 14 April, 1pm-3pm

Leisurely bike ride meeting at Basildon Sporting Village, Sunday 14 April, 1pm-2.30pm

Is your bike feeling under the weather?

Get your bike checked for free at one of our upcoming Dr Bike events. Whether your bike is suffering from everyday wear and tear or something slightly more serious, mechanics from Bikeworks can perform basic cycle checks and carry out minor adjustments to get you back on the road. The friendly team can also advise you on any further maintenance your bike might need. The next dates are:

No booking is required, just turn up with your bike. To find out more email hello@forwardmotionsouthessex.co.uk
